Responsibilities of Logistics Associate:

• Operate a vehicle prudently to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
• Successfully execute the responsibilities of loading, unloading, preparing, inspecting, and driving a delivery vehicle.
• Follow designated routes and timelines as instructed.
• Engage in efficient communication with dispatchers, customers, and supervisors.
• Ensure the safe and correct delivery of packages while also offering exceptional customer service, addressing customer queries and requests effectively.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and rules of the road.

Requirements of Logistics Associate:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate GPS devices and follow driving directions.
• Must be able to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Must be willing to work during peak seasons, including weekends and holidays.
• (Optional) Prior delivery experience preferred, but not required.
